Meet the Datamars Irish Team

Declan Parlon is the Datamars Customer Success Manager for Smart Farming in Ireland and is originally from Co. Offaly. He was born and reared on his family’s dairy farm and has spent the past number of years working in agricultural technology. He graduated from UCD in 2015 with a degree in Food & Agri Business Management.

Theresa has a lifelong passion for agriculture and a strong mix of international and hands-on experience. In her early twenties, she worked on large beef and dairy farms in Canada and New Zealand before returning to Ireland to work with a local DeLaval dealer.

After successfully running her own agricultural business for five years, Theresa now brings her expertise and ambition to Datamars, where she supports dairy farmers nationwide with practical, on-farm solutions.

Ronan is based in North Tipperary near the Offaly border and has been immersed in agriculture from an early age, having grown up on a suckler and sheep farm.

After completing his degree in agriculture, Ronan spent 15 years working as a Dairy Advisor, building extensive knowledge across dairy and beef systems. Ronan now supports dairy farmers across Ireland with smart farming solutions that deliver real value on-farm.

Sinéad is part of our inside sales team and can assist with any enquiries relating to beef cattle and sheep. With many years’ experience in the agriculture sector, she is passionate about supporting Irish farmers with dependable service and advice.

Outside of work, Sinéad is an avid dog show judge and travels internationally judging competitions.
